摘 要:采用四臂嗅觉仪进行寄主和虫体聚集信息化合物对松纵坑切梢小蠹成虫的引诱活性测定。根据不同浓度各种单组分及复组分聚集信息化合物对不同时期成虫的引诱结果,认为供试的各种单组分化合物均有一定的引诱作用,但以复组分化合物的引诱效果较好,其中又以虫体和寄主信息化合物复配的效果最好。成虫梢转干时期是对聚集信息化合物最敏感的时期。初步确定了能够较好引起松小蠹成虫聚集行为的4种复组分聚集信息化合物引诱剂为MBXS+APX、APX+YS、MBXT +APX和APX+BPX+YS,引诱率分别达到87.4%、84.2%、82.8%和81.4%。适用时期为松小蠹成虫梢转干(11~2月)阶段。Olfaction instrument was used to detect the seductio n of aggregation pheromones on adults of Tomicus piniperda. The ex periment on seduction of different content aggregation pheromones, including sin gle component and multiple components, to adults in different growth periods sho wed all pheromones tested have effects on the seduction. However, multiple compo nents have better effects, and aggregation pheromones of Tomicus piniperd a combining with those of parasitifers have the best effects. The most se nsitive period to aggregation pheromones is the period when adults transferring from the top of tree to the stem. 4 kinds of multiple components pheromones, nam ely MBXS+APX, APX+YS, MBXT+APX and APX+BPX+YS, have been determined preliminary to have better effects, of which seduction rate reaches 87.4%, 84.2%, 82.8% a nd 81.4% respectively.
