摘  要:将从城市轨道交通中不同车型常用的几种踏面制动单元中的闸瓦托结构入手,将各种各样的闸瓦托进行了分类总结,对常见的闸瓦托结构以及材料进行研究分析和梳理,找出各种闸瓦托的相同和不同之处,并进行比较,通过阐述出其中的作用、功能以及设计思路,总结出其中的规律,为以后轨道车辆闸瓦托的设计以及检修提供技术参考。In track-trafic brake system! there are many kinds of the tread brake units, such as vertical structure and lateral structure. And brake head is one of the important structures in tread brake unit, which transforms air pressure into frictional force. In these message, we start from introducing several kinds of brake heads in using of different train types, then we classify these brake heads, research and analyze their material and structure. And we will future study, find their similarities and differences by comparing each other. We will introduce their effect, functions and designing train of thought, summarize their law, that provides technical support for the design, mainte nance in track-trafic.
