摘　　要：生态文明的中心思想之一就是做好人与自然的和谐相处,而人作为事物的主体,必须具有生态文明建设的意识。意识决定行动,行动付诸于实践,全面提高居民对生态文明建设的思想观念是发展中的重中之重。只有让民众从对生态文明建设的无意识到有意识的观念发生改进与发展,才能真正实现人与自然的真正和谐;只有让民众积极的参与生态文明的建设,才能真正的促进社会的全面发展。生态文明的建设必须在政府的参与引导,国家出台的相关法律政策的制约,各地方的全面贯彻执行和大力宣传下,把积极倡导生态文明建设作为发展的首要任务。Ecological civilization is one of the central idea of a good man and nature, and as the body must have the construction of ecological civilization.Consciousness to action that into practice and improve the citizens in the construction of ecological civilisation ideas is the top priority. Only people from the construction of ecological civilisation of the conscious notions occurred to the improvement and development and to really achieve harmony with nature truly; Only by allowing people to actively participate in ecological civilization building , can really promote all-round social development .The construction of ecological civilization must participation in government guide, the country publish relevant legal policy restrict, the local comprehensive implementation and vigorous publicity, to actively promote the construction of ecological civilization as the t^rimarv task of development.
