将快递服务引入病案复印工作的探索

摘　　要：复印病案引入快递服务方法,患者只需在住院期间提出申请,并通过院方身份审核,病案室即可利用快递服务,按患者要求将病案复印件送达其指定地点。该方法能够有效提高工作效率,减轻患者负担,保护患者隐私。实践证明快递病案复印件的尝试对病案管理向现代化、人性化的方向迈进有着重要的意义,充分体现了"以病人为中心"的服务理念,提高了服务水平及病人满意度。The medical record department will send the medical record to the designated place according to the patient requirement after patients file an application during be in hospital, and pass the hospital identity audit. It can reduce the burden and protect the privacy of the patients, also can improve our work efficiency. It shows that the attempt about expressing medical record duplication is vital important to modernization and humanization management of medical records. It can improve the service level and patient satisfaction and fully embodies the ＂patient-centered＂ idea of the hospital.
