住院患者唯一识别号的编制及在病案信息管理中的运用

摘　　要：患者唯一识别号是实现病案资料连续性、完整性的保证,运用HIS系统采集姓名、出生年月日、性别、首次住院号的字母和数字编制的唯一识别号,解决了使用系列编号作为病案号造成的同一患者多次住院病案资料不完整的问题,方便了历次病案资料的查询,为患者医疗信息资源共享奠定了基础。The patient＇ s exclusive ID can ensure the continuity and integrity of case information. With ＇ HIS＇ system, all the information includ- ing name, date of birth, sex and the exclusive ID, which formed with initial hospital code ＆ number can be collected easily, also optimized the infor- mation integrity for those common patients, whose case number previously appointed by system. The method facilitated the query for all previous cases and lie the foundation for the medical information sharing of patients.
