茉莉酸甲酯与水杨酸在诱导高粱和苏丹草颖花开放中的效应  被引量:18

Effects of Methyl Jasmonate and Salicylic Acid on the Blossom of Spikelets in Sorghum and Sudenese Grass

摘  要:以高粱和苏丹草为试材 ,发现 :2mmol/L的MeJA处理后 8h ,千金红和AR1高粱的开颖率为 18.7%和 2 .96 % ,分别为对照的 2 5倍和 8.1倍 ;苏丹草的开颖率为 18.4 2 % ,为对照的 14 .9倍。 10mmol/L和 1mmol/L的SA对MeJA诱导的颖花开放有强烈的抑制作用。高粱的雄性不育系和保持系经MeJA处理后 9~ 10h ,开颖率显著增加。其中 30 4 2A和 30 4 2B的开颖率分别为 14 .8%和 16 .1% ,比对照增加 13%和 2 .6 % ,而TX6 2 3A和TX6 2 3B的开颖率分别为 18.1%和 2 4 % ,比对照增加 18.1%和 15 .1%。The spikelets opening ratio(SOR) of sorghum(Sorghum bicolar (L.) Moench) , sudenese grass (Sorghum Sudenese(Piper) Stapf) and their hybrids were significantly increased after excised panicles were immersed in 2mmol/L MeJA solution. After treated with MeJA for 8 hours, SOR of two varieties of sorghum (Qianjinghong and AR1) and sudenese grass (S99-4) were 18.7%, 2.96% and 18.42% respectively, and which were 25 times, 8.1 times and 14.9 times to that of the controls. It was more sensitive to MeJA in male sterility lines of sorghum than in maintainer. After treated with 2mmol/L MeJA for 9~10 hours, SOR of 3042A and 3042B increased to 14.8% and 16.1%, which were 13% and 2.6% higher than their controls respectively. SOR of TX623A and TX623B were 18.1% and 24%, 18.1% and 15.1% higher than the controls respectively. Marked inhibition to the opening of spikelets were observed when excised panicles immersed in 10 and 1 mmol/L SA after treated with MeJA.
