摘 要:从物理力学的角度分析取土器取土过程中所受阻力及外力的传递机理.研究表明:在取土器未进入土壤前,取土端的环端阻力最先起作用,进入土体一定深度后,挤土效应产生的外摩擦力自上而下作用于取土器,土塞效应形成的内摩擦力越接近取土端越大,当这三个力达到平衡时,剩余的压力克服土体反作用于取土端的抗冲切阻力,将土体冲切破坏产生剪切向下滑移.依据取土器的受力原理进行取土器的设计,达到精准、高效、快速的田间取土的效果.From the view of physics to analyze the transfer mechanism of resistance and external forces the geotome suffered during the process of digging soil. The study has shown that the annular point resistance force of the geotome' s head is the first part to work before the geotome has not entered soil. After a certin depth into the soil, the external friction of extruding soil effect plays a role in the geotome from top to down, the internal friction of soil plug the greater the closer the geotome' s head. when these three forces achieve balance, the remaining pressure to overcome the Anti-punching friction which has opposite effect on the geotome' s head and make the soil produce destructive punched and the soil is sheared and slipped downward. According to the Stress theory of the geotome to design the geotome has achieved the precise, efficient,, fast effect during the process of digging soil in field.
