摘　　要：本喷金是薄膜电容器的一个非常关键的生产工序,要求产量高,质量好。研制的双喷枪薄膜电容自动喷金机,采用双喷枪同时对电容器芯子端面进行垂直向下一次喷涂,满足工作效率高及材料利用率高的要求;喷枪采用液压驱动不间断扫描,使喷枪扫描运行平稳,保证了喷金层的均匀性。Metal spraying is a key produce technics, need high-yield, top-quality, the machine is developed, vertical clown once spray on capacitor core at the same time with two spraying guns is adopted, meet the requirements of high-level efficiency and the high -level use of material, the uninterrupted scan of spraying gun is drived by fluid, spraying gun run balanced, layer of metal spraying is equality.
