摘　　要：针对我公司原轧钢压下控制系统中存在的许多问题,通过对电动压下机械原理、摩擦片式电磁离合器以及辊缝调节工作过程进行深入研究,提出采用西门子直流调速器装置6RA70和S7-200 PLC组成控制系统来取代原系统。文章中对直流调速装置6RA70、插接端子排以及参数设置进行了分析说明,并将装置外部连锁信号以及输出信号通过S7-200内部编写逻辑控制程序实现各种动作过程。实践证明此控制系统具有较好的控制效果,满足了工艺上的要求。For many of the problems exist in our company of the original screwdown control system of rolling, through in-depth study of the electric screwdown mechanical principles, friction plate electromagnetic clutch and roll gap adjustment work process, the proposed device 6RA70 Siemens DC speed regulating device and S7-200 PLC control system to replace the original system, 6RA70 DC speed regulating device, plug-in terminal block and parameter settings were analyzed and explained, and externa chain signal of the device, and output signalS7-200 internal to write logic control program to achieve a variety of actions process, Practice has proved that the control system has good control affection and satisfies the production demands.
