摘　　要：[目的]总结高位一穴肛矫治术患儿的围术期护理。[方法]对7例高位一穴肛患儿行肛门矫治术治疗,同时加强术前心理护理、支持疗法、保暖、肠道给药、术前准备以及术后一般护理、营养支持、会阴管道护理、造瘘口护理、肛门护理、并发症的护理、排便功能训练等。[结果]患儿均行一期造瘘术和二期矫治术,术后2d或3d开始恢复肛门功能,均顺利出院,无一例出现并发症。[结论]加强高位一穴肛矫治术患儿的围术期护理是手术成功的保证。Objective.To summarize the perioperative care of children under- going high anal correction surgery. Methods. The seven cases of patients with high hole anal underwent anal correction surgery, while strengthening preop- erative psychological care, supportive therapy, warm, parenteral administra- tion, preoperative preparation and postoperative general nursing, nutrition support, perineum pipeline care, stoma care, anus care, care of complications, bowel function training for them. Results. All children underwent stage 1 co- lostomy and stage 2 correction surgery,anal function of patients began to re- sume on postoperative 2d or 3d, all patients discharged successfully, and no complication occurred. Conclusion. It is the guarantee of the operation success to strengthen the perioperative care of children undergoing high hole anal correction surgery.
