持续腹腔冲洗在胃癌术后吻合口瘘病人中的应用及护理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨持续腹腔冲洗在胃癌术后吻合口瘘病人中的应用,总结护理措施。[方法]对8例胃癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘病人行持续腹腔冲洗,同时加强管道的护理、持续腹腔冲洗的护理、切口护理、心理护理、营养支持治疗、生长抑素的应用以及生活护理等。[结果]6例病人痊愈出院,2例病人治疗好转后转院继续治疗,无一例死亡。[结论]在胃癌术后吻合口瘘病人中应用持续腹腔冲洗并加强护理,有利于预后。Objective： To probe into the application of continuous peritoneal lavage for postoperative nastomotic fistula patients with gastric cancer, and review the nursing measures. Methods.8 cases of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy complicated with postoperative nastomotic fistula underwent the continuous peritoneal lavage, at the same time to strengthen the pipeline care, continuous peritoneal lavage care, incision care, psychological care, nu- tritional support therapy, somatostatin application as well as life care for them. Results：6 patients healed and discharged, 2 patients transferred to con- tinue treatment after improved treatment, no one died. Conclusion.the appli- cation of continuous peritoneal lavage and enhanced care for gastric cancer patients complicated with postoperative nastomotic fistula is profit for prognosis.
