摘　　要：提出了一个基于关键区域色彩矩阵的视频镜头检测方法,详细地描述了这种方法的原理,并比较了该方法与其它方法的优缺点,最后阐释了该方法在视频内容检索系统中的运行策略。With the development of multimedia technology, the video has gradually become the mainstream media to disseminate information, but its unstructured characteristic brings lots of problems for video retrieval. In which, Shot segmentation, key frame extraction and the combination of low-level features and high-level semantic are the three major problems of video retrieval orientation. For video segmentation module, the paper presents a video shot boundary delection method According to the video frame sequence curve, firstly described the principle of this method in detail ,and then compared the advantages and disadvantages of this method with other methods. Finally the running effect of the method in the video content retrieval system was interpreted.
