速眠新Ⅱ联合戊巴比妥钠在犬麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察速眠新Ⅱ联合戊巴比妥钠对犬的麻醉效果。方法健康家犬随机分2组,1组单纯肌肉注射戊巴比妥钠(3%、1 mL/kg),另1组先肌肉注射速眠新Ⅱ(0.06 mL/kg),再肌肉注射戊巴比妥钠(3%、0.5 mL/kg)。根据需要,2组术中静脉追加注射戊巴比妥钠(3%、0.2 mL/kg)。结果在麻醉时间相当的前提下,复合组在麻醉诱导期、麻醉稳定性、麻醉死亡率方面均优于单纯组。结论速眠新Ⅱ联合戊巴比妥钠是一种安全、有效的犬麻醉方法。Objective The anesthetic effect of sumianxin Ⅱcombined with pentobarbital was investigated in dog.Methods Healthy dogs were divided into two groups rando mLy,a group of simple intramuscular injection of pentobarbital(3%,1 mL/kg),of the another group first intramuscular injection Sumianxin Ⅱ(0.06 mL/kg),then intramuscular injection of pentobarbital(3%,0.5 mL/kg).Two groups additional intraoperative intravenous injected pentobarbital(3%,0.2 mL/kg)if required.Results With the equally anesthesia time,the complex group is better than the simple group in anesthesia induction、anesthesia stability and anesthesia mortality.Conclusion Sumianxin Ⅱ combined with pentobarbital is a safe and effective canine anesthetic method.
