摘　　要：社会主义市场经济在普遍提高我国生活水平的同时 ,也使一些在计划经济体制下被隐匿的问题“显性化” ,失业问题便是其中一例。本文展示了我国失业问题现状 ,并利用微观经济学理论剖析了这一问题 ,最后针对我国的特殊经济背景 ,对解决我国当前失业问题、维护社会稳定提出若干建议。Socialist market economy generally helps raise the standard of living of our country,meanwhile,reveal the many problems once concealed under the Planned Economic System,one of which is the unemployment.This paper is to display the status quo in this aspect and to analyze thoroughly by Micro-Economic Theory until to come up,based upon our peculiar economic background,with some suggestions on the ways to fight against the ongoing unemployment while having the society kept stabilized.
