枸橼酸克罗米芬治疗精子顶体酶异常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察枸橼酸克罗米芬治疗精子顶体酶活性低患者的疗效。方法 65例精子顶体酶活性低于正常的患者分为A、B两组,A组患者接受克罗米芬50mg/d,连续20d;B组患者接受维生素C0.2g/d,连续20d。结果 A组19例患者精子顶体酶大于48.2μIU/106,有效率为57.6%;B组9例患者精子顶体酶大于48.2μIU/106,有效率为28.1%(P<0.01)。用药后A组精子顶体酶(59.2±28.3)μIU/106,B组精子顶体酶(36.2±16.9)μIU/106,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论克罗米芬可以有效改善精子顶体酶活性,其机制有待探索。Objective To explore the treatment of sperm acrosome abnormality with citrate clomiphene. Methods 65 patients with abnormal sperm acrosome viability were divided into group A and group B. The patients in group A were treated by 50 mg clomiphen during 10 days,at the same time,the patients in group B were treated by 0.2 g vitamin C. Results The sperm acrosome viability in group A was （59.2 ± 28.3） μ IU/10^6 after the treatment whereas in group B was （36.2 ± 16.9） μ IU/10^6（P 〈 0.01）,57.6% of the patients in group A had normal sperm acrosome viability,28.1% of the patients in group B had normal sperm acrosome viability （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Clomiphene is effective in treating patients with abnormal sperm acrosome.
