综合治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法对笔者所在医院89例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者均给予药物综合治疗。结果 89例患者均经药物综合治疗,治疗后12个月股骨颈、Wards三角区及大转子BMD值明显高于治疗前BMD值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后12个月疼痛症状及股骨颈、Wards三角区、大转子的BMD总有效率均较高,效果满意。结论综合治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症,其疗效显著,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To discuss the curative effect of endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis. Methods To take comprehensive medicinal treatment to 89 patients who have endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis. Results After 12 months of the treatment,the patients＇ neck of femur,wards trigona and greater trochanter value are all higher than the BMD value before the treatment whose differences have systematic significance（P 〈 0.05）. After 12 months treatment,the total effective rate is also reach the satisfied degree. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment to endocrine dyscrasia osteoporosis is very effective and the curative effect is also remarkable which deserved to be widely used.
