摘　　要：自主创新是企业实现健康快速发展的最根本和最有效的战略选择。企业自主创新机制体系包括动力机制、组织机制、政府支持机制、运行机制和激励机制;企业自主创新能力包括创新意识、创新投入能力、创新产出能力和创新活动管理能力;企业自主创新能力的评价指标体系,共包括4个二级指标和24个三级指标。评价指标体系的构建是一个复杂的系统,随着不同时期企业处于的不同经济发展阶段,需要不断修正和完善,以确保评价结论的准确性。Independent innovation is the most essential and effective strategy for an enterprise＇s healthy and rapid growth. The system of independent innovative mechanisms includes motivation, arrangement, government support, operation and incentive mechanism. The in- novative capability of an enterprise includes the awareness, investment ability, output ability and activity management ability of innovation. The capability assessment index system consists of four tier-two indexes and 24 tier-three indexes. The building of an assessment index system is complex, requiring constant correction and improvement in accordance with different economic development stage for an accurate conclusion.
