摘　　要：保障肢体残疾人就业是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要举措和目标。通过对丹东市肢体残疾人的就业现状的分析,研究肢体残疾人就业存在的问题,分析其原因,提出相应的对策建议。The security for employment of limb disabled people is the important measure and target of constructing socialist harmonious society. Based on analyzing the employment situation of people with physical disabilities in Dandong City, this paper studies problems existing in the employment of the limb disabled people, discusses the reasons and puts forward the corresponding proposals.
