摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT的容积重建(VR)、曲面重建技术(CPR)在诊断肋骨细微骨折中的应用价值。方法对35例临床有明确外伤病史及肋骨固定压痛点体征而高度怀疑肋骨骨折,首次X线检查阴性,而进行螺旋CT检查病例,同时应用VR及CPR重建观察肋骨骨折情况。结果①35例中单发肋骨骨折16例,多发肋骨骨折19例;②35例中总共71根肋骨骨折,其中完全性肋骨骨折38根和不完全性肋骨骨折33根;VR检出并确诊骨折肋骨60根,CPR确诊为骨折71根。结论 VR对细微肋骨骨折有较高的检出率,曲面重组可更加准确、直观地确诊骨折,二者联合应用,可有效的提高诊断率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of VR, CPR reconstruction technique of MSCT in rib subtle fracture. Methods CT was taken in 35 cases, and all the images were reconstructed and the images such as VR( volume rendering), CPR (curved-planar reconstruction) were obtained. Results ① 16 cases was single rib fracture and 19 pa tients revealed multiple fractures; ② 71 rib fractures in all patients were found, VR found 60 cases and CPR found 71 cases. Conclusion The CPR has higher diagnosis in subtle rib fracture than VR techniques, CPR echniques are important for the diagnosis and treatment of the rib fracture.
