p130Cas在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨p130Cas在膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:78例手术标本中有70例BUC组织和8例癌旁正常膀胱黏膜组织。在BUC组织中包括非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌(NMIBUC)27例,肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌(MIBUC)43例;其中低度恶性倾向尿路上皮乳头状瘤(PUNLMP)和低分级尿路上皮癌共38例,高分级尿路上皮癌32例。采用量子点免疫荧光组织化学方法检测所有标本中p130Cas的表达情况。结果:p130Cas在NMIBUC和MIBUC组织中表达的阳性率分别为40.7%和65.1%(P<0.05);在PUNLMP及低分级尿路上皮癌和高分级尿路上皮癌中的阳性表达率分别为44.7%和68.8%(P<0.05)。此外,p1 30Cas在BUC中的表达水平与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的数目、大小无显著相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:p130Cas与膀胱肿瘤的浸润和转移存在联系,有可能作为评估膀胱肿瘤恶性程度和预后的有效参考指标。Objective： To investigate the expression of pl30Cas and its clinical significance in the urothelial carcinoma of bladder （BUC）. Methods： There were 70 BUC specimens and 8 normal bladder mucosal specimens involved in this study, and the BUC cases included 27 cases of non-muscle invasive bladder urothelial carcinoma （NMIBUC） and 43 cases of muscle invasive bladder urothelial carcinoma （MIBUC）. Of the 70 cases of BUC, 38 cases were papillary urothelial neoplasms of low malignant potential （PUNLMP） and low-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma, and 32 cases were high-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma. The method of quantum-dot-fluorescence labeling was used to detect the expression of pl30Cas protein. Results： The positive expression rate of pl30Cas was 40.7% in NMIBUC and 65.1% in MIBUC （P〈0.05）, and 44.7% in PUNLMP and low-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma and 68.8% in high-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma （P〈0.05）. In addition, our data showed that the expression of p130Cas protein had no significant association with the patients＇ gender, age, and the number and size of the tumor （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： p130Cas may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of bladder carcinoma, and could represent a useful predictor of malignant degree and prognosis of bladder carcinoma as well.
