血清降钙素原在鉴别小儿不典型化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑炎的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原在鉴别小儿不典型化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑炎的应用价值。方法随机选取笔者所在医院2009年禾月．2012年4月间收治的不典型化脓性脑膜炎患儿30例作为观察组，病毒性脑炎患儿30例作为对照组，对观察组与对照组的患儿进行血清降钙素原、c反应蛋白、白细胞数的数值进行测定，比较血清降钙素原、c反应蛋白、白细胞数的数值在鉴别小儿不典型化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑炎的应用价值。结果观察组与对照组血清降钙素原数值比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；c反应蛋白差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；白细胞数差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论患儿患有不典型化脓性脑膜炎时，血清降钙素原数值明显升高，患儿患有病毒性脑炎时，血清降钙素原数值升高不明显。血清降钙素原在鉴别小儿不典型化脓性脑膜炎和病毒性脑炎的应用价值较大，值得临床推广。Objective To study the applied value of serum procalcitonin in identifying children with not typification purulent meningitis and viral encephalitis. Methods 30 children with not typification purulent meningitis in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2012 were randomly selected as the observation group, 30 children with viral encephalitis were selected as the control group. The serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count values of the two groups were measured, compared the applied value of the serum procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count values in identifying children with not typification purulent meningitis and viral encephalitis. Results Compared with the control group ,the serum procalcitonin numerical comparison of the observation group had significant differences, （P ~ 0.05）.C-reactive protein had no significant difference（P ~ 0.05）,white blood cell count had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion When children with not typification purulent meningitis,the serum procalcitonin value is significantly increased; when children with viral encephalitis,the serum procalcitonin numerical increases not obviously.Serum procalcitonin has a greater application value in the identification of children with not typification purulent meningitis and viral encephalitis it＇s worthy for promotion.
