强的松治疗恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期应用强的松治疗恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹的疗效。方法将41例恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组22例给予强的松10mg口服,3次/d,连用7d,利巴韦林200mg,1次/d,静脉滴注及外用炉甘石洗剂涂擦至疱疹消失。对照组19例用利巴韦林200mg,1次/d静脉滴注及外用卢甘氏涂擦至疱疹消失。结果治疗组患者临床症状缓解时间及疱疹消退时间较对照组缩短,引起神经痛后遗症较对照组减少,治疗组总有效率90.9%,无一例发生神经痛后遗症。对照组总有效率57.9%,有5例遗留神经痛后遗症。结论恶性肿瘤合并带状疱疹应早期应用强的松,缩短病程,减少后遗症。Objective To investigate the efficiency of early prednisone application for malignant tumors with herpes zoster. Methods Forty-one cases of malignant tumor patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into treatment and comparative groups,the patients in treatment group were given oral prednisone 10 mg 3 times daily for 7 days,and were also given intravenous ribavirin 200 mg once a day together with topical calamine lotion until herpes disappear. Patients in the comparative group were treated the same as those in treatment group except the usage of prednisone. Results The patients in treatment group showed short time range disease and rash subsided course than those in the comparative group,as well as in the aspect of less neuralgia sequelae.Totally effective rate of treatment group was 90.9% with no neuralgia sequelae versus,but 57.9% effective rate with 5cases of neuralgia sequelae in the comparative group. Conclusion Malignant tumor with herpes zoster should be treated with prednisone early so as to shorten the disease course and reduce sequelae.
