摘 要:目的分析笔者所在医院抗菌药物不良反应的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法收集笔者所在医院2011年6月~2012年10月所有门诊、住院患者上报的抗菌药物不良反应报告105例,进行统计分析。结果引起不良反应的抗菌药物涉及8大类25个品种,其中喹诺酮类药物引起ADR比例较高(24.76%),其次是头孢菌素类(23.81%);主要累及的器官是皮肤及其附件,其次是胃肠道系统;给药途径以静脉给药为主。结论加强抗菌药物不良反应监测,减少ADR发生,保障患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the occurrence of antibacterials adverse drug reactions in author's hospital and to promote rational drug use in the clinic. Methods 105 ADR cases of antibacterials were collected and analyzed retrospectively from June 2011 to October 2012 in author's hospital. Results 25 drugs of eight categories were involved in ADR.The occurrence of ADR induced by antibacterials of quinolones ranked the first (24.76%), and the cephalosporins was the second (23.81%). Injuries of skin and its appendages were most common, followed by gastrointestinal system, route of administration was mainly intravenous administration. Conclusion Importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADRs so as to lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs in the clinic.
