摘  要:基础医疗质量是医院生存与发展的命脉,关系着医疗安全、患者的疾病治疗、患者对医院的认可度与满意度,而基础医疗质量建设贯穿了医院管理的主线,是建立良好医患关系的关键,持续改进基础医疗质量是医院管理发展的新阶段,也是医院追求优质医疗的核心工作。新形势下,通过创新医院的管理模式,寻求更高更好的环节管理模式和过程管理方式,以患者需求为动力,全面提高基础医疗质量。在持续改进基础医疗质量过程中,出现的各种问题给予及时有效的处理,坚持服务质量、医疗质量、管理质量三位一体抓的大局观,可显著提高医院的工作效率,增强医院的综合竞争力。Basic medical quality is the lifeline of survival and development,which has relationship with medical safety,disease treatment,accreditation and satisfaction of patients on hospital. Basic medical quality construction is the main line through hospital management,which is the key to establish a good relationship between doctors and patients. Medical quality continuous improvement is the foundation of hospital management in the new stage of development,which is also the core of hospital medical in pursuit of quality.Under the new situation,through the innovation of hospital management mode,more and better part of management and process management can be seek. Patient need is a driving force,which can improve the basic medical quality. In the continuous improvement of medical quality process,all sorts of problems that appeared should be given timely and effective treatment. The overall view of the trinity in service quality,medical quality,management quality should be consist,which can significantly improve the efficiency of the hospital and enhance the integrated competition ability of hospital.
