摘 要:研究了不同配比下CM/EVM共混胶形态结构、相容性及共混硫化胶的硫化体系。结果表明:CM/EVM共混胶的相态结构与共混比有关,在共混比为50/50时发生相转变。CM/EVM共混物均具有一个Tg,且介于上述两种纯胶配方的Tg之间,玻璃化转变的区域范围及程度因配方中两组分的比例不同而不同,这说明CM/EVM共混体系为均相体系,两胶共混后具备较好的相容性,共混胶之间相互扩散并能产生较强的相互作用。随DCP含量和TAIC含量的增加(MH-ML)逐渐变大。这表明随这两者的增加共混胶的硫化程度提高。DCP用量在2.5~3.5份且TAIC用量为1.0~1.5份时,拉伸强度最高。DCP用量在1.5~2.2份且TAIC用量为0.5~0.9份时,断裂伸长率较高。In this paper,we study the CM / EVM rubber blend morphology,compatibility and blend vulcanization system at different ratio.The results show that:the phase structure of CM / EVM rubber blend is related to the blend ratio,and the phase transition occurs in the blend ratio of 50/50.CM / EVM blend has a Tg,between the Tg of the above two kinds of pure rubber formulations,and the scope and extent of the glass transition are due to the ratio of the two components in the formula,what explains CM / EVM blends are homogeneous system,the blended compound has better compatibility,the interdiffusion of blends can produce a strong interaction.With increasing the content of DCP and TAIC(MH-ML),the interaction becomes gradually strong,which indicates that the increase of two contents can improve the degree of vulcanization.The blend will have the highest tensile strength when DCP content is 2.5 to 3.5 parts and the amount of TAIC is 1.0 to 1.5 parts.When the DCP content is 1.5 to 2.2 parts and the amount of TAIC is 0.5 to 0.9 parts,the blend will have a higher breaking elongation.
