我国开发区的发明专利申请现状与影响因素:对国家级开发区的分析

摘　　要：通过对2002～2011年10年期间我国89个国家级开发区的发明专利申请数量进行的统计分析,研究我国开发区的专利发展现状及存在的问题,结果发现我国开发区的发明专利申请数量从2005年开始大幅增长,但是大多数中西部开发区的专利申请数量极少;有些开发区的专利申请集中在少数企业上。进一步对影响开发区发明专利申请数量的因素进行了相关性分析,结果显示,FDI与开发区的发明专利申请数量有着最高的相关性。最后,从政府部门引导、管理体制完善、吸引高质量FDI这3个方面对开发区的专利发展战略提出对策。In this study, we make statistical analysis on the patent applications of 89 national-level development zones during the period of 2002-2011, The results show that the number of patent applications of development zones began to increase greatly from 2005, when applications from most middle-west development zones remains few. In some development zones, few companies/institutions hold the most part of patent applications. Further, we make correlation analysis of the patent application with some influencing indicators. We find that, FDI is the most relevant indicator with the patent applications of development zones. Finally, from the prospective of government, administrative system, FDI, we propose the countermeasures for the development strategy of panting in develop-ment zones.
