摘　　要：创新资源的转移趋势主要表现跨国公司积极布局创新资源网络、全球经济重心向新兴市场转移趋势加大、科技人才向发达国家流动的趋势明显〔1〕。分析了现状、动因与趋势,总结出几点具有普遍意义的规律,论述了创新资源转移的对于我国产业发展的影响,以及在这种形势下我国应该采取的应对策略。Metastatic trend of innovation resources mainly Multi--National Corporation actively layout innovation resource network, global economy Centre of gravity is shifting towards emerging markets, a trend to increase scien- tific and technological talents to the developed flow trendc. This paper analyses the current situation, causes and trends, summed up some general law, discusses the innovation resource transfer to our country industry develop-ment, and in this situation China should adopt answer strategy.
