摘　　要：为产业集群中的技术创新链营造良好发展环境,积极探索科学高效的创新链实现路径,充分发挥产业集群的技术创新链效能,对于促进当前中国的科技进步、产能节约和产业升级具有重要的现实意义。全面剖析了当前产业技术中创新链的发展环境的不足与制约,并结合实际有针对性地提出了该如何营造更适合的发展环境,从技术角度提出了科学的技术创新链实现路径。Industrial clusters, technology innovation chain to create a favorable environment for development, and actively explore the scientific and efficient innovation chain to achieve the path, give full play to industrial cluster technology innovation chain performance, and promote the current Ctlina＇ s scientific and technological progress, production can save and industrial upgrading has important practical significance. In this article, the first compre- hensive analysis of the deficiencies and constraints of the environment for the development of the current industrial technology innovation chain, then the actual, targeted how to create a more suitable environment for the develop-ment of science technology innovation chain, from a technical point of view paths.
