中关村科技园区效率评价及其影响因素分行业研究

摘　　要：以我国中关村科技园区内十大高新技术产业科技活动要素为研究对象,结合行业的特点,提出了相应投入产出指标,以2006～2010年的统计数据为样本,得到基于DEA模型的动态Malmquist指数,考察了十大产业技术效率的增长来源与差异。之后,利用Tobit分析计量方法考察了企业数目、产业资本、产业绩效、人力资本、市场开放度对各效率的影响效应。实证结果表明立足管理改善是提升高技术产业整体运行效率的着眼点,另外提升各行业效率应有所侧重。This paper take science and technology activities elements within the top ten high-tech industries in the China＇s Zhongguancun Science Park as research object, select the corresponding input and output indicators combined with the characteristics of the hi-tech industry which are also the statistical data from 2006 to 2010 as the sample to obtain the dynamic Malmquist index based on DEA model, that＇s easy to investigate the sources of growth and differences of the industrial technical efficiency. Using Tobit analysis of measurement methods for investigating the number of firms within the industry, industrial capital, industry performance, human capital and market open- ness＇s influence effect on the efficiency. The empirical results show that the focus of attention is based on how to enhance the management improvement of the overall efficiency of these high-tech industries, in addition it should find tailored solutions on how to enhance the every various industrial efficiency.
