摘 要:目的研究天麻多糖对天麻素吸收的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻水煎液组和去多糖天麻水煎液组中天麻素在不同时间点小鼠血浆中的含量;色谱条件:色谱柱:Aglilent Eclipse XDB-C18 4.6×10μm;前置预柱:Wondasil(4.0mm×10mm,C18,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(2.64∶97.16∶0.2);检测波长:221nm;柱温:30℃;流速为1.0mL;进样量:20μL。结果去多糖水煎液组中天麻素的吸收速率常数ka、消除速率系数ke大于天麻水煎液组;天麻水煎液组的吸收半衰期、消除半衰期和达峰时间大于去多糖组,说明在去天麻多糖后,天麻素的吸收速度和代谢速度明显增加,但天麻水煎液组的AUC和达峰浓度大于去多糖组。结论天麻多糖对天麻素的吸收具有促进作用。Objective Purpose To study the influence of of polysacchardies of Rhizoma gastrodiae on the aborption of gastrodin. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of gastrodin in different time points of mice treated with rhizoma gastrodiae decoction, with or without polysaccharides. Chromatographic condition: analytical column was Aglilent Eclipse XDB-C18 4, 6 × 10 um; The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water- phosphoric acid(2.64:97.16:0.2),rate was 1.0 mLo min-1;the column tempreture was 30℃,The detector wave length was set at 221 nm, the sample amount is 20 uL. Resluts The serum gastrodin was higher with polysaecharides,with ka and ke of without polysaecharides larger than decoction group;the T1/2 ka and T1/2 ke of decoction group were larger than the group without polysaccharides. It means that the absorption and metabolism gastrodin were increased obviously with polysaecharides. However, The AUC and Cmax of decoction group were larger without polysaccharides. Conclusion Polysacchardies of Rhizoma gastrodiae facilitate the absorption of gastrodin.
