摘　　要：星状神经节阻滞作为偏头痛非药物治疗的首选．在临床生得到了广泛的应用，其具体的治疗机制也一直是国内外研究的热点。针对目前偏头痛的主要病理生理机制．探讨星状神经节阻滞可能的作用机制．发现星状神经节阻滞可能是通过改善颅内外血管的自动调节功能，抑制皮层扩散性抑制及减少痛觉介质的产生等发挥治疗作用。这些发现为临床止使用星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛提供了理论基础。Stellate ganglion block （SGB） has already been used as the first choice of the non-drug therapy for the migraine in clinic. However, little is known about the mechanisms through which the SGB exerts the effects. Currently, considerable researches are carried out around the world to explain this issue. A wealth of evidences suggest that multiple mechanisms such as improvement in the cerebrovascular dysfunction, inhibition of cortical spreading depress and decrease in the level of inflammatory mediators contribute to the therapeutic effects of SGB. These findings provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of SGB.
