摘 要:乳蛋白合成受多种因素影响,例如日粮氨基酸组成、机体激素水平及乳腺内环境稳态等均能影响乳蛋白的合成。神经调节和内分泌调节协同作用,不仅对维持机体内环境的稳态具有重要作用,而且对乳蛋白合成关键物质代谢也具有极为重要的调节作用。研究主要神经内分泌轴调节乳蛋白合成过程,筛选出关键神经内分泌因子和细胞因子及重要信号转导通路也是潜在的改善乳品质的重要措施。作者对国内外相关研究进行了综述,期望能为提高乳蛋白含量提供有益帮助。Protein synthesis can be affected by many factors,such as amino acid composition in diets,hormone levels in the body and stabilization of homeostasis in mammary gland,etc.It is well-established that the neuroendocrine system plays a critical role not only in integrating biological responses but in regulating the metabolism of key precursors for lactoprotein systhesis.Evidence emerging from recent studies has revealed that research in the course of lactoproein systhesis regulated by neuroendocrine system and screening of key neuroendoctine factors and cytokines as well as the vital pathway of signal transduction,which potentially helps to improve milk quality.In this article,we have reviewed the progress in the role of regulation of protein synthesis by neuroendocrine system to increase milk protein.
