摘 要:为探索谷子杂种优势形成机理,首次以张杂谷3号、5号和6号及其父母本为材料,通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术研究了不同品种不同生育期酯酶、谷草转氨酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱特性。结果表明:张杂谷酯酶同工酶共分离出14条带,杂种和父母本酶谱不同,有互补酶谱和显性酶谱;谷草转氨酶同工酶共分离出7条带,杂种和父母本属于同型酶谱;谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶只有1条带,属于同型酶谱;不同品种不同生育期酯酶和谷草转氨酶酶带数和酶活性存在差异,酯酶和谷草转氨酶同工酶与杂种优势相关;谷氨酸脱氢酶同工酶与杂种优势关系不明显。Three isozymes of esterase(EST),glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT) and glutamate dehydrogenase(GLD) were performed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to study the formating mechanism of heterosis of Foxtail Millet using hybrid Millet Zhang No.3,5,6 and their parents respectively.The results indicated that the isozyme bands of EST,GOT and GLD were 14,7 and 1 respectively in hybrid Millet Zhang and their parents.The tested individuals and parents differed in number,Rf,activity or width of the EST and GOT bands.Esterase isozyme bands type of hybrid Millets were mainly parental complementary,zymogram pattern of both GOT and GLD in hybrid Millets were same as their parents.There is a correlation between the isozymes of patterns of EST and GOT and the formation of heterosis in hybrid Millet Zhang.
