摘　　要：定量分析农业科技投入对自主创新贡献率,以便更加准确地把握科技的投入产出状况,为客观评价科技投入效果提供依据,为政府农业科技投入提供决策参考,确保让有限的资源投入到最需要的领域,使农业科技投向更加合理,投入结构更加科学。避免科技资源投入的盲目性,提升农业科技资源投入效率。Quantitively analyzing the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology investment to self-innovation so as to keep track of the technological input-output status more accurately,which provides the basis for an objective evaluation of the effect of investment in science and technology,offers decision-making reference for governmental investment in agricultural science and technology,making sure that the limited resources are invested into areas of greatest need,making more rational agricultural science and technology investment,and more scientific input structure.This will avoid the blindness of the technological resources investment and enhance the input efficiency of the resources of agricultural science and technology.
