摘　　要：传统化学破胶存在较多缺陷,如破胶活性主要依赖温度,破胶持续时间短,达不到完全破胶的目的。针对这一难题进行分析和研究,提出了生物酶破胶技术。通过实验,研发出一种酶破胶压裂液体系。室内评价实验证明,该体系破胶彻底,分子量低,残渣少,地层伤害小。There exist many defaults in conventional chemical gel breaker, such as dependence of breaking activity on temperature and short duration of breaking. Therefore, this paper proposes a biological enzyme breaking technology, and develops a fracturing fluid system for the breaker. Laboratory evaluation shows that this system is characterized by thorough breaking, low molecular weight, small residue and low formation damage.
