摘　　要：从知识的角度阐述了知识型动力机制的内涵,并将其引入制造业企业的自主创新过程,在融入制造业企业自主创新过程动态特点的基础上,对知识型动力机制4个阶段的具体内容和动力模型进行了详细阐述。制造业企业自主创新过程中知识型动力机制各阶段模型的建立,是制造业企业获取持续竞争优势的动力和有效工具。This paper expounds the connotation of the knowledge dynamic mechanism from the perspective of knowledge and produces this concept into the process of the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation from the view of knowledge,and this paper introduces the four-stage details and dynamic model including knowledge acquisition and creation,knowledge transfer and diffusion,knowledge sharing and management and knowledge integration and evaluation and the dynamic mechanism model of every stage based on the dynamic characteristics of the process of manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation.Finally,it gives the conclusion that the construction of every stage knowledge dynamic mechanism for the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation process is the power and effective tool for the manufacturing enterprise attaining sustaining competition advantage.
