摘 要:制造执行系统(MES)已得到广泛的研究和应用,有效地提高了制造业的生产效率,并且随之出现了各类软件来模拟MES部署过程,缩短了MES部署周期。然而在MES部署过程中需要大量文档描述其部署过程,繁重的文档工作降低了MES部署效率。提出提高MES部署效率方法之一自动生成描述MES部署过程的视图。首先分析影响IT系统部署实施的因素,特别强调了影响MES的部署因素。其次提出一些图形绘制的方法来描述MES的部署过程。利用SVG矢量图的性质,以多视图的链接的方式,展现一个完整的MES部署过程。Manufacturing execution systems (MES) has been widely studied and applied, and has effectively improved the production effi- ciency of the manufactory sector. Various kinds of software have been developed to simulate the deployment of MES afterwards, which short- ens the deployment period of MES. However, during MES deployment, there will be huge document-based descriptions for its process, and the heavy documentation work slows down the MES deployment efficiency. This thesis puts forward one of the methods for improving the MES deployment efficiency, that is, to automatically generate the view depicting MES deployment process. Firstly, various factors impacting the implementation of deploying IT system are analysed, in particular, the factors affect the MES deployment are placed the importance on. Sec- ondly, some of graphics rendering methods are proposed to describe the MES deployment process. Using the features of SVG vector graph, the multi-view linkage way is employed to demonstrate a full MES deployment process.
