硝苯地平控释片治疗稳定型心绞痛伴高血压52例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价硝苯地平控释片治疗稳定型心绞痛伴高血压的疗效。方法:52例稳定型心绞痛伴高血压患者,给予硝苯地平控释片(30mg/次,1次/d)治疗,4周为一疗程。分别于治疗前,治疗后1周末、2周末、3周末和4周末观察对稳定型心绞痛、高血压的治疗效果和治疗总有效率。结果:全部52例患者在使用硝苯地平控释片治疗4周后,血压稳定下降,稳定型心绞痛的发作频率、持续时间等参数和心电图的情况有明显改善,治疗总有效率为78.85%。结论:硝苯地平控释片除了可以稳定降压,还可以有效改善稳定型心绞痛的症状。Objective：To evaluate the curative effects of nifedipine controlled-release tablets in treating stable angina pectoris with high blood pressure.Methods：52 stable angina pectoris with high blood pressure patients were treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets for 4 weeks （30mg/time/d）. The therapeutic effects tbr stable angina pectoris and high blood pressure, as well as total effective rote were observed before treatment, and respectively at the 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th weekend after treatment Results： 4 weeks after taking nifedipine controlled-release tablets, the blood pressure of all the 52 patients showed a stable drop. In addition, seizure frequency, duration of angina pectoris and elecWocardiogram situation improved obviously after treatment. The total effective rate was 78.85%.Conclusions：The nifedipine controlled-release tablets not only can reduce blood pressure stably, also can improve symptoms of angina pectoris effectively.
