摘 要:动力锅炉经常处于煤、气混烧运行状态。煤粉燃烧器在长期掺烧高热值炼厂干气后,煤粉燃烧恶化,燃烧效率降低,锅炉运行工况调节困难,甚至使燃烧器严重损坏,严重危及锅炉的正常安全稳定运行。本文针对锅炉燃烧器实际运行中存在的问题进行了深入的分析,提出了1套切实可行的改造方案,并详细介绍了喷燃器的改造方案及实施情况。改造后较好地解决了锅炉结焦问题,提高了锅炉运行负荷,避免了锅炉掉焦灭火,延长了锅炉连续运行周期。Power boiler is often operating in coal and gas mixing combustion state. The pulverized coal burner's performance would go down after blended with high calorific value dry gas from coking plant for a long time, causing combustion efficiency decrease, process control difficulty, even damaging the burner and making boiler running in unstable and dangerous condition. This paper put analysis on problems exposed in operation, presented executable reform scheme and detail measures for burner reforming. After reform, the coking problem and burner shut up because of coked substance falling were solved, the boiler's load could be increased, the running span was prolonged.
