摘 要:研究了乙二醛/水溶性酯Y无甲醛防皱整理剂的最佳应用工艺以及耐水洗牢度。分析了乙二醛与水溶性酯Y的配比、焙烘温度、焙烘时间、催化剂的种类、催化剂的用量对整理效果的影响。结果表明最有效工艺为:乙二醛与水溶性酯比例10∶3,整理剂的浓度7%,催化剂柠檬酸用量5g/L,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间2min。通过以上实验初步判断此防皱体系的防皱原理为交联理论和树脂沉积理论的综合体现。This paper studies the optimal application process and fastness to washing of glyoxal/water-soluble ester Y formaldehyde-free anti-crease finishing agent, and analyzes the influence of proportioning of glyoxal and water-soluble ester y, baking temperature, baking time, category of catalyst and dosage of catalyst on the finishing effect. The result shows that the most effective is. proportion of glyoxal and water-soluble ester 10 : 3, concentration of finishing agent 7%, dosage of catalyst citric acid 5g/L, baking temperature 160℃ and baking time 2 min. It is preliminarily judged through the experiment above that the anti- crease principe of this anti-crease system is a combined manifestation of crosslinking theory and resin deposition theory.
