织机三大运动配合的比较分析

摘　　要：织机三大运动的协调配合,不仅关系到织造生产能否顺利进行,还决定着织物的质量、织机的工作效率以及动力和机物料消耗。文章对各种不同引纬方式的织机在三大运动配合方面进行了对比分析,探讨了同类织物织造时不同类型织机在三大运动配合方面的内在联系和异同点,提出了以打纬终了为核心的三大运动配合理论、相关参数设定原理以及关键点的确定方法。以便使织机使用者和织造技术人员对不同引纬方式织机的三大运动配合理论能够触类旁通,达到合理使用织机的目的。The coordination of three motions of loom is not only production, but also decides the quality of fabric and the work eff related to smooth weaving iciency, power consumption and article consumption of loom. This paper conducts a comparative analysis on the coordination of three motions of various looms with different welting insertion forms, discusses the inner link and similarities and differences of different types of looms in the coordination of three motions when weaving the same type of fabric and puts forward the coordination theory of three motions centering on beating-up, principle of relevant parameters setting and determination method of key points so that loom users and weaving technicians can understand the coordination theory of three motions of looms with different wefting insertion forms by analogy and achieve the purpose of using loom reasonably.
