摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性肾外伤的诊断与治疗。方法对97例外伤性肾损伤患者进行临床资料分析。结果 97例外伤性肾损伤患者中,手术治疗8例(肾切除术6例,肾修补术2例;死亡2例);非手术治疗89例,均治愈出院。结论肾损伤诊断主要依靠外伤史、临床表现、尿检,特别是B超及CT检查。治疗中密切观察患者生命体征,严格掌握手术指征,手术治疗时,尽可能保留肾脏。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic renal injury. Methods Analysis was made in the clinical data of 97 patients with traumatic renal injury. Results Among those cases, 8 ones received the surgical treatment （6 ones received nephrectomy; 2 ones received renal neoplasty; 2 ones died）. Eighty nine ones received the non - surgical treatment and were all healed and discharged. Conclusion The diagnosis of renal injury mainly depends on the surgical trauma history, clinical manifestation,urine test, especially type B nltrasonography, and CT examination. During the treatment, patients ~ vital signs should be closely observed. The operative indications should be strictly handled. During the operation, efforts should be made to preserve the renal function.
