摘　　要：本文阐释了"体育资源配置"的内涵,对我国体育资源配置失衡问题的现象进行了说明,以体育组织文化理论为分析框架,分析体育资源配置失衡问题的原因,对社会控制方面提出建议,以期为解决体育资源配置失衡问题提供参考。This paper explains the connotation of ＂sports resource allocation＂ ,and explains the phenomena of misallocation of sports resource in China. Take sports organizational culture theory as the analysis framework,find out the cause of this problem and make suggestions 0f social control, In order to solve the problem of sports resources allocation imbalance to provide the reference.
