摘  要:从"体教结合"的产生开始,梳理了"体教结合"的发展历程,分析出"体教结合"困境的本质在于体育部门与学校的目标错位、体育部门与学校的职能混乱、早期专项化训练的认识偏颇与低效率、高校"体教结合"违背运动能力形成规律。结合当前大举国体制提出"体教分离"的构想,指出中小学、普通高等院校和竞技体校实施"体教分离"的基本思路,并对"体教分离"后的竞技体育后备人才培养和运动员退役提出看法。Starting from "sport-schooling combination" to "sports-schooling separation", this paper analyzes and points out that the fundamental reasons for the "sports-schooling combination" predicament lie in the incorrect objectives of sports departments and schools, function confusion between the sports authorities and schools, cognition bias and low efficiency of the initial special training and the fact that the "sports-schooling combination" in colleges and universities violates the law forming sports capacity. Combining with the current whole country system, this paper puts forward the blueprint of "sports-schooling separation", and formulates the basic idea for the primary schools, middle schools, colleges and universities as well as the competitive sports schools to implement the "sports-schooling separation", and offers some suggestions on training reserve talents of competitive sports and sportsman retire after "sports-schooling separation".
