我国竞技田径区域性与非均衡特征及影响因素研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、数理统计、对比分析等方法,以我国行政区划为单位,对第7-11届全运会田径比赛以及全国青少年田径锦标赛成绩进行横向对比,结合在世界田径锦标赛中我国三个年龄阶段运动员奖牌获得项目纵向比较研究。结果表明,区域性与非均衡是我国竞技田径相辅相成的特征表现并呈现动态变化的发展态势。认为,要完善体制,形成规范、高效的运行机制;因地制宜、资源共享;优化人力资本;提高科技含量,创新训练理论,以及推进"四化"步伐,从而促进我国竞技田径的健康发展。Using literature review, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other methods, as a unit of China＇s admin- istrative divisions, this paper makes horizontal comparison on the 7-11th Track and Field Competition and the National Youth Track and Field Championship, and also vertical comparison study combined with the medals items at three age stages in the world Championships. The results show that regional and non-equilibrium are the complementary characteristics of the track and field and present dynamic development trend. It proposes to perfect the system, form standardized and efficient operation mecha- nism, adjust measures to local conditions, resource sharing, optimize human capital, strengthen science and technology, inno- vate training theory, and promote the ＂four modernizations＂ to ensure the healthy development of our country＇s athletic track and field.
