摘 要:文章分析了宝兴河流域梯级水电站确定洪水补偿调度方式的必要性,根据流域防洪特点将划分宝兴河流域梯级水电站水库群防洪系统结构,应用水库群洪水补偿调度通用模型计算分析。通过实例研究表明,应用洪水补偿调度方式,可以更好的实现削峰目标,有效减轻电站及下游防洪控制点的防洪压力。The paper analyzes the necessity to determine the flood compensation dispatching method for the cascade hydropower stations in Baoxinghe river basin.According to the characteristics of the basin flood control,the reservoir group system structure of the flood control would be determined for the cascade hydropower stations in Baoxinghe river basin,and the generic model of the reservoir group flood compensation dispatching would be applicated to calculate and analysis.The practical example research shows that the application of the flood compensation dispatching method could realize the the goal of reduction of flood peak and reduce effectively the flood control pressure for the power plant and flood control points in downstream.
