摘　　要：为了解决现场中出现的电机动凸轮质量问题,对动凸轮进行了硬度与金相分析,分别确定了问题产生的原因:(1)淬火温度过高;(2)回火温度过高。并提出了解决相应问题的方法。In order to solve the quality problems of electric motor movable cam, we carried out hardness measurement and metallographic scanning and found out the reasons as follows : (1)temperature of quench is excessively higher than the normal temperature; (2)temperature of temper is excessively higher than the normal temperature. In the mean time,corresponding problem-solving methods have been presented.
