摘　　要：2012年3月27～28日,世界贸易组织在瑞士日内瓦召开了"汇率与贸易的关系"研讨会,私营部门、公共部门、国际组织以及学术界分别对该问题进行了阐述。通过对汇率与贸易关系问题研究的分析发现,汇率波动或汇率错配对贸易的影响受到实证研究的模型设定、数据使用、研究对象和计量方法的选择等因素的影响。在WTO框架下,由于各国利益存在分歧,短期内各国很难在"汇率与贸易的关系"问题上达成一致意见,未来对这一问题的继续讨论需要多方的协调和合作。WTO convened a seminar on the relationship between exchange rates and trade on March 27 -28, 2012 at Greneva, Switzerland. At the seminar, private sector, public sector, international institutions and acad- emies gave their different views on this issue. The analysis on the academic research shows that the impact of ex- change rate volatility and misalignment on the international trade depends on modeling, data, researching targets and the econometric methods. This paper concludes that the consensus on the relationship between exc and trade might not be easily achieved in the short run.
