摘　　要：作为中国城市公用事业重要组成部分的城市供水业自市场化改革起步以来,融资以及与之相关的具体问题十分棘手,甚至到了关乎成败的程度。中国学者在借鉴国外研究成果的同时,也在总结实践的基础上对供水业性质、改革动因、融资模式、管理监督等方面进行了理论探索。As an important part of the urban public utility of China, financing and related affairs are so diffi- cult that even affect the success of its marketization of city water supply transformation. Scholars in China are carry- ing out theoretical explorations on the basis of the experience and practice, focusing on the nature of water supply industry, the motivation of transformation and the model of financing and managerial supervision.
