摘 要:利用钛铁试剂与三价铁离子在弱碱性条件下的特效显色反应,用分光光度法测定碱性锌-铁合金镀液中铁的质量浓度,以水作参比液,在波长500nm处测定,镀液中的各种组分对测定无干扰。实验表明,本法测定结果的相对平均偏差为0.25%,回收率为98.7%~102.0%。本法简单,快速而准确,明显优于传统方法。Mass content of iron in an alkaline Zinc-iron alloy plating bath was determined with spectrophotometry by utilizing the specific reaction of tiron and Fe3+ ions under weak alkali condition. The determination was carried out at wavelength 500 nm with water as reference solution, and other constituents in the plating bath had no influence on the determination. Tests showed that the relative average deviation of determination result was 0.25% and the recovery ratio was 98.7% -102.0%. This analyzing method is simple, rapid, accurate, and superior to the conventional method.
